We are looking for a versatile, hands-on individual to join our team at Little Monkey Hostel in a part-time, immediate role. This all-around position will include duties in bar, reception, and other areas of the hostel as needed, helping ensure the smooth operation of our guest services. You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued.

We are eager to find someone to start as soon as possible, contributing to both the day-to-day operations and long-term success of Little Monkey Hostel.

• Bar Operations: Manage bar-related tasks, including serving guests, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness. Ensure the bar runs smoothly and adheres to health and safety standards.
• Reception Support: Assist at the front desk, greeting guests, checking them in and out, and providing them with relevant information about the hostel and surrounding area.
• Guest Relations: Create a welcoming atmosphere in both the bar and reception areas. Engage with guests, provide assistance, and ensure they have a positive experience throughout their stay.
• Event Coordination: Assist with organising and hosting special events and activities that encourage social interaction among guests.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with hostel staff across various departments to meet the needs of guests and maintain efficient operations.
• Operational Support: Help with general hostel duties, including maintaining inventory, preparing rooms for new guests, and handling any administrative tasks as needed.

• Previous experience in hospitality, bar, or reception roles is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to multitask and switch between different roles with ease.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• A flexible, positive attitude, ready to jump in where needed.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
• Availability for part-time shifts in the weekends and evenings.
