How do I check-in?

Prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with a link to check-in online. Simply follow the instructions on this link to complete your online check-in process. We highly recommend checking in advance to save time when you arrive. It only takes 1 minute!

If you arrive between 3pm and 8pm, our team will be available to assist you.

For arrivals after 8pm, you must complete the online check-in before 8pm. Please note that your Door Code is not sent immediately after completing the check-in. Once the online check-in is completed, your Door Code will be sent by email and/or SMS at 8pm.

You will not be able to enter the building if the online check-in is incomplete, completed after 8pm, or if there is any unpaid balance.
